Vivo X100 Series India Launch Date
The Vivo smartphone manufacturer announced that Vivo’s new X100 series will be launched in India during the week of January. Vivo has teased the arrival of the new X series smartphones on a special microsite that is available on their India website.
All new Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro will feature a new MediaTek Dimensity 9300SoC that was unveiled at the end of November in China. The phones were launched in select markets worldwide later in the month. The Indian versions are also expected to have the same processor with an LTPO display. Vivo India has launched the first microsite to promote its new series. The Indian models from Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro are expected to launch with Asteroid Black, Startrail Blue, and Sunset color options. It is confirmed that the smartphone will include Funtouch OS14, MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC, three rear cameras branded by Zeiss built with IP68 ratings V3 imaging chip, and an 8T display LTPO. The phones are expected to launch when Xiaomi will announce its Redmi Note 13 5G series in the country.
Vivo X100 Series Price
Prices on Vivo X100 Pro begin at CNY 4999 (roughly Rs. 56,500) and CNY 3,999 (roughly Rs. 50,000), respectively. For Hong Kong, the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro were launched with prices of 799 HK$ (approximately the equivalent of Rs. 85,224) and HK$5,998 (roughly Rs. 63,917), respectively. Prices for Indian versions are expected to follow the same pattern.
Vivo X100 Series Highlights
The smartphone is packed with curved 6.78-inch 8 LTPO AMOLED displays with refresh at up to 120Hz. Both models are powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC and the Vivo V3 processor. They’re equipped with Zeiss’s branded Triple rear-facing camera models and the 32-megapixel selfie camera. The standard Vivo X100’s camera configuration includes a 50-megapixel primary Sony IMX920 bionic main camera which has OIS (optical stabilized image) as well as an ultra-wide-angle 50-megapixel camera as well a 64-megapixel Zeiss super-telephoto camera, with the ability to zoom 100 times clear. This Vivo X100 includes a 5,000mAh battery with fast charging of 120W support, while the Vivo X100 Pro houses a 5,400mAh battery with 100W charging and 50W wireless charging capability.
